Elite football development training in Poole and Bournemouth
At Future Game Project, every session is carefully designed around game-realistic practices that replicate the situations players experience during competitive matches. Rather than relying on repetitive, unopposed drills, our coaching places players in realistic environments where they are encouraged to make decisions, solve problems and execute skills under pressure. This approach helps players develop not only their technical ability, but also their understanding of the game, movement, awareness, communication and confidence in possession.
Every practice has a clear purpose and is linked to the demands of the modern game, ensuring players are continually challenged in a fun, engaging and supportive environment. By consistently training in realistic match scenarios, players are better equipped to transfer what they learn into weekend fixtures, allowing them to perform with greater confidence, creativity and intelligence for their grassroots or academy teams. Our aim is to develop well-rounded footballers who are comfortable making decisions, adapting to different situations and expressing themselves when it matters most.
What We Offer
Every player develops at their own pace, which is why our programmes are tailored to each stage of the football journey. From building confidence and a love for the game in the early years to developing technical ability, tactical understanding and position-specific skills, every session is designed to challenge, support and maximise each player’s potential.

Pre-Academy
Our Pre-Academy Programme focuses on developing confidence, coordination and fundamental skills in a fun and engaging enviroment. Sessions will include ball mastery, 1v1's and an oppotunity for players to express themselves while building a love for the game.

Foundation-Phase
In the foundation phase players will begin to develop a deeper understanding of the game, all while continuing to improve their technical ability. Sessions will challenge players to make better decisions on the ball and play with confidence.

Youth development Phase
Training in the YDP becomes more position speciifc and game focused, helping players develop a better tactical understanding of the game. Sessions will be designed to challenge players physically, mentally and technically in a high performance enviroment.
Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Harry Dare, founder of Future Game Project.
Football coaching has been my passion for many years, and Future Game Project was created to give young players access to professional, high-quality coaching in a positive environment where they can build confidence, develop technically and enjoy the game.
My coaching journey began at Port Vale Academy, before I had the opportunity to coach internationally with Juventus FC. After returning to the UK, I continued my academy coaching journey with Wrexham AFC Academy, gaining valuable experience across different age groups and development stages.
Alongside academy football, I’ve also coached within grassroots and women’s football, helping players of all abilities reach their potential. Today, I hold a UEFA B Licence, and every session I deliver is built around game-realistic practices that replicate real match situations. My aim is to help players improve their decision-making, confidence and technical ability in an enjoyable, challenging environment.
Future Game Project isn’t about winning trophies at a young age—it’s about developing better footballers and helping every player become the best version of themselves.
